Keep in mind that even industrial sewing is a craft carried out in many steps, therefore there is always a tolerance for measurement deviations.

How to measure

  • A: Sleeve length
    Lay the garment flat. Measure from the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
  • B: Chest
    Lay the garment flat. Measure from armpit to armpit.
  • C: Bottom width (circumference)
    Lay the garment flat. Measure from edge to edge at the bottom of the garment.
  • D: Garment length
    Lay the garment flat. Measure from the shoulder down to where the garment ends (back).

This jacket is exactly what I wanted it to be. I did think it would be warmer, but thats not a bad thing! This will be perfect by itself 9/12 months a year in most places but you'd want something warmer for below - 10. You can of course layer this jacket, but its very breathable so I like to just have it as a throw on jacket, and if I'm not going to be outside for long even in colder weather, its fine.

It's extremely comfortable, fits snug but not too snug, and quality fantastic. And I love the pockets. Very easy access quick pockets for a phone or wallet etc.

And I just gotta say this I love your zippers like they feel so good. I am not light on things and always break zippers. It almost feels like stainless steel or titanium.

Great looking and very comfortable. I instantly got several compliments from friends and family about how good it looked without me even mentioning the jacket! Not warm at all and the wind cuts right through it. It’s a really nice looking comfortable useless jacket. I really expected more from Blaklader!!!

I had an original version of this jacket which I loved, but recently lost. So, I order two new ones thinking I would love them just as much. The original one I lost had a good fitting athletic cut and rubber velcro straps at the cuffs, like other high quality tech gear. The new ones have floppy fabric cuff straps. Pretty disappointed that the jacket's quality got down-graded.
