Men

A: Waist
Lay the pants flat. Measure the width of the waist.
B: Inside leg
Lay the pants flat. Measure the inseam of the trousers, from the crotch seam to the end of the pant leg.

Women

A: Waist
Lay the pants flat. Measure the width of the waist.
B: Seat
Lay the pants flat. Measure the seat of the pants, 19 cm down from the waistband edge.
C: Inside leg
Lay the pants flat. Measure the inseam of the pants, from the crotch seam to the end of the pant leg.

An elastic waistband and cuffed ankle keep everything secure and in place under your work pants. XWARM Base Layer - Top Black XL

Great warm Base layer. Have only wore it twice so far, and it did the job during those two cold days. Definitely not something to wear if the temp is just below 0. Meant for the really cold days.
